Custom JS File Order

I'm having an issue where the custom js file that I'm liking to with Redactor Js is coming before the redactor.min.js file and causing errors with for redactor functions that do not exist.

Is there some way to get this added below the redactor.min.js file?

Got the same issue, any chance to get an update or I need to dig in and fix it myself ? @CreateSean how did you (if you) fix it ?
