The dependency is there, verify your internet connectivity and restart Home Assistant so it can try to download it again.

After 4-5 attempts, it worked. The internet connection was stable.

The module is hosted on pypi, where all python modules are hosted. It is possible that there was some temporary problem with that service but it's much much more likely that it is something with your internet connection, either in general or specifically to that website.
