Describe the bug

The installation was successful; I followed the instructions exactly and tried several times.
Several days have passed since the first attempt, but none of my devices are displayed. My devices are visible and controllable in the Home Connect app, even when I'm not connected to Wi-Fi. The redirect URI is set and accessible, 0Auth is correctly assigned and visible in HA. The connection between HA and Home Connect was successful, and I receive the status "Ready" in HA. However, no devices are detected. Refreshes and restarts do not change this. The error also persists in the standard app. Disabling the firewall doesn't help either.

Please set the Log Mode to 7 in the integration's advanced configuration options, restart home assistant then upload the log again.

Same issue for me. Can't see anything that provides any clues in the logs.

Yep. I did read that, and did do that. Those are the logs that are produced at log mode 7.

It seems to have fixed itself sometime yesterday, I have had debug logging enabled for the last 24 hours or so, so maybe a clue to the cause (and how it fixed itself) is in here.

The log doesn't include the Home Assistant server start, so it doesn't show the initial API calls to Home Connect but it does show that there were no appliances reported by the API. Then at 2025-09-04 14:24:01 an event was received from the API with a new appliance that was not seen by the integration since the last restart. This triggered a refresh of the appliance list from the API and this time the dishwasher was discovered. Is this the only appliance you have?

I did a restart of HomeAssistant while running this log export, so maybe this will be more helpful.

According to this log the API response did include the dishwasher and you should have seen it immediately after the restart

I see that you edited your original post. It's better to add a new comment because then people subscribed to the thread get notified about it. Anyway, your new log still doesn't have log level 7 enabled or you stopped it too early. It should show the response to the call to HTTP GET /api/homeappliances

Okay, now the file contains the information I was looking for. You can see at the beginning of the file the first API call to get the list of appliances returning an empty list:

This means the Home Connect backend doesn't have a record of this appliance. Are you sure the app is working when your are not connected to the WiFi? I seriously doubt it. Either way, you should try to completely unregister the appliance from Home Connect and then add it back. That usually solves this kind of problems.

The Home-Connect App is working perfect without w-lan. I deleted the app in HA, cleared the OAuth-registration. still no devices found. I am a bit busy atm and will try to re-register my developer program for Home Connect, i subscribed 2 years ago for it, maybe there was a game breaking update to it in the meantime?

Removing the app won't help, you need to remove your appliance from the Home Connect service and then re-connect it to the service. Or, another possibility since you're saying it's working on the app without wifi, is that your developer application is not connected to your user account where the appliance is registered, so you can start by verifying that.
