Pass explicit username to "skip"

We've encountered a situation where one of our team-mates was not available and two of us typed !skip simultaneous, resulting in two users skipped. Something like this:

@john, you're up

👨 marc

!skip

:person_with_blond_hair: dave

!skip

☕ morgenbot

Skipping @john.
@dave, you're up
Skipping @dave.
@tom, you're up

I think it would be better to pass an explicit name to skip, i.e. !skip @john.
