For copyright checks we need eclipse-score/tooling#101 first. There are a couple of files in the repo borrowed from LLVM where the copyright header should be kept intact. See also the pending review at Eclipse IP Team: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/iplab/-/issues/25632
