Notifications for Subscriptions in Basic and Higher Plans as an Item in the Feature List & new column "Not logged in"

One benefit available starting with the Basic plan is the ability to enable and configure personal notifications.
However, this is not clear from the Subscription Plan Overview (Full Feature List), so it would make sense to add a new row labeled “Notifications.” To provide a better overview of the difference between the “Basic” / “Logged In” option and using the service without logging in, a new column should be added to clarify what users get when they don’t log in.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Wouldn't we also need another column in the plan overview, too? Otherwise, the "Notification" row would have a check mark for all columns because already Basic supports it.
