Do you know immediately, if this can also be done through an CLI invocation?

Inkscape oeprations can be executed via CLI and there is the option --vacuum-defs that cleans up unused definitions (patterns, gradients and the like) from an SVG file.
I have created and applied the following PowerShell script (generated via Copilot) that I executed for the Platform and Platform UI repositories. I ~~will create~~ have created PRs with the cleanups ~~soon~~:
