Switch all the E2E tests to use DSP 2025/1 #5424

Feature Request
At the moment the majority of E2E tests are still using DSP 0.8,
we should switch them to 2025/1, as 0.8 will be removed before release 0.16.0

e.g., DPF, CI, build, transfer, etc.
