[BUG] - Gungeon Settings Menu Flickering #2055
Description
Screen flashing in Gungeon settings
When entering the Gungeon settings menu (the menus after the settings tab. i.e. when entering the audio menu, mod configs, controller settings, etc), the game violently tabs in and out. It is still traversable, but it is painful to do so.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Have r2modman installed
- boot the modded installation (mods not required)
- enter the settings menu
- choose a sub setting menu
- observe
Expected behavior
I would expect this not to flicker, and to instead replicate vanilla behavior.

Note that this does not show the flickering properly (I think this is because obs is lagging but idrk). It is truly switching between the settings menu and my homescreen at least 30 times a second. I can get a phone recording if you want :3

- OS: kubuntu 24.10 x86_64
- cpu: 13th gen intel i5-1340p (16) @4.6GHz
- gpu: intel raptor lake-p [iris xe graphics]
- running r2modman via the .deb installation file
- using GE-proton9-21
