Age summary should exclude measurement level ages

Ages at the measurement level are not indicative of the age of the specimens in the data set. They should be ignored in the summary. Attached is an example text file. Should be .365 to 4.59 Ma but the summary states 0-36.012 Ma

have something wrong with them as they don't have a version number and when Peter Davidson publishedkarar.earthref.org/KArAr/12 it should have been version 2 of karar.earthref.org/KArAr/9
