Update schema to support 7 columns additional columns in the MODE CTS line type #403

Description

@JohnHalleyGotway

Describe the Enhancement

Issue dtcenter/MET#2648 and corresponding pull request dtcenter/MET#2655 added 7 new columns of data to the MODE CTS line type for MET version 12.0.0. However the schema and database loader in METdataio was never updated to load the new columns of data.

This issue is to update the schema and METdataio loader to handle the new columns of data:

LODDS ORSS EDS SEDS EDI SEDI BAGSS

Recommend that we also include logic in METcalcpy to aggregate these statistics. However, let's wait until this loading task is finished before defining another issue in METcalcpy.

Please talk to @JohnHalleyGotway with questions about loading and/or aggregating these statistics.
