WebMap with Offline Areas is by default offline disabled

Issue

Webmap already PreDefined Offline Area - is by default Offline disabled

Expected Behavior

I would expected that the webmap with alread offline Area would be Offline enabled by default

you see in the screenshot already offline mapareas - but Map is offline disabled by default

hey @trichtl - we've seen this before. We believe what happens is; the Offline keyword has been removed from the web map.

Can you take a look at the item and see if the Offline keyword is still there?

HI @crai3162 , Offline tag is not there, but othere maps, which also no offline tag and also only TileService is enabled shown as offline enabled - I have also now shared the other webmap, which I used for hiking two weeks ago where it looks as expected, which have no offline tag https://austria.maps.arcgis.com/apps/fieldmaps/index.html#/maps/88185372b77f41e1a1774c7b4f175111

Even when I add the Offline or offline and both Tags together there is no change in the behavior
