Same root cause as #5393. We're trying to run live-built version of dotnet-sourcelink.dll (produced in sourcelink repo), that requires 10.0 GA runtime. Live SDK that we use for testing contains runtimes that are versioned as 10.0.0-rc.3.25601.104. Therefore, we get the following error:

This will keep occurring with every 10.0 rebootstrap to main until dotnet/dotnet#2271 goes in. @mmitche - do you have a status update on the .NET 11 branding PR? I don't think we should switch the main builds to stable versioning, so I'm not sure of another way around this issue other than moving main to .NET 11.

I'm told that @dsplaisted is working on resolving what is (hopefully) the last issue.

Sounds good. Maybe in the meantime we revert the last rebootstrap? @MichaelSimons - what are your thoughts?

[Triage] We don't think reverting the rebootstrap is a good direction, it is likely to introduce other issues. Let's wait a bit longer for the branding PR which seems to be getting close.
