The cycle layout popup, triggered by keyboard shortcut, is displayed on the primary monitor, even when the focused window is on a secondary monitor such that the layout change applies to that secondary monitor
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set a keybinding for "Cycle layouts" in Tiling Shell settings
- Focus a window on a secondary monitor
- Use keybinding to cycle layouts
