Feature Request: Format Options for Initials Field

Summary

Add a Format dropdown to the Initials Field, consistent with the existing Signature Field behavior.

Proposed Enhancement

Initials Field → Format:

• Any
• Drawn
• Typed
• Drawn or Typed
• Drawn or Upload
• Upload

Expected Behavior

• Drawn → Handwritten initials only (canvas input)
• Typed → Keyboard entry only
• Drawn or Typed → Either input method allowed
• Drawn or Upload → Drawn input or image upload
• Upload → Upload-only initials

Behavior should mirror Signature Field logic.
