define LOG_LEVEL at runtime

Hey is there anyway we can define LOG_LEVEL during runtime from the environment variable?

Yes. For gcc / cmake / make:

gcc -DLOG_LEVEL=2 ...
cmake -DLOG_LEVEL=2 ...
make CFLAGS=-DLOG_LEVEL=2
