License selection should allow own URIs #9
Description
For the Coypu project it is necessary to provide URIs for the license. Reason is that we have our own license URIs with link to the original URI and additionally triples.
The databus already supports providing the license as an IRI. Thus please make it a text field instead of a dropdown.
