oEmbed discovery is broken?

Hi guys,

I wonder why all charts 404 in oEmbed endpoint?

for example,
http://cf.datawrapper.de/RrO5t/2/ has oEmbed discovery as
https://datawrapper.de/api/plugin/oembed?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcf.datawrapper.de%2FRrO5t%2F2%2F&format=json

which then 404?

Similar issue here, the oembed will 404, for example:

https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/QHEjs/1/

becomes (in the full html):

<link rel="alternate" type="application/json+oembed" href="https://api.datawrapper.de/v3/oembed?url=https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/datawrapper-charts/static/QHEjs/index.html&amp;format=json" title="oEmbed"/>\n

But the embed URL is a 404

https://api.datawrapper.de/v3/oembed?url=https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/datawrapper-charts/static/QHEjs/index.html&format=json

It looks like because it transforms to s3, whereas the raw url will work:

https://api.datawrapper.de/v3/oembed?url=https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/QHEjs/1/&format=json

Any suggestions?
