Configure MCP doesn't support all Databricks managed MCPs

Problem

The current configure mcp flow suggests that only a subset of Databricks-managed MCPs are supported or discoverable. This conflicts with the product documentation as well as the repo readme, which state that Databricks MCPs like AI Search and UC Functions are supported.

Steps to reproduce

• Run ucode configure mcp
• Review the list of available MCP options

Actual behavior

Only the following MCP types are shown:

• Databricks SQL
• Custom MCP apps
• Genie Spaces
• External APIs

Expected behavior

The flow should also surface the other Databricks-managed MCPs, including:

• AI Search indexes
• UC Functions
• Genie MCP Server

Impact

This creates an incomplete setup experience and makes it look like some supported Databricks-managed MCPs are unavailable.
