Thanks for reporting the issue.

Are you using a self-hosted runner by any chance?

The action extracts the CLI archive into a temporary directory that is supposed to be emptied for every job run.

Could you please check if you are trying to setup the CLI twice or more for the same job?
I had the same issue, I removed the repeat setup and it worked.
