Unclear how to use MKVToolNIX

@ashutosh3308 you say in the readme that MKVToolNIX is the best option, but there aren't any examples of the command lines you would use.

Could you add them please?

I used MKVTooNIX software to extract different streams. I did not use MKVToolNIX as a command line tool.
