Monitoring on the actuator daemon.

After recent changes, it seems the daemon crashes silently sometimes. I have reasons to think it may not be a software problem, yet users need to know.

Monitoring should be a lightweight solution in the scope of this issue. And perhaps the option to plug into a cloud service.
