The structure of the WIG output would require substantial changes to the core data structure of PoGo. Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to change the data structure to accommodate the WIG format.

As with the Bed and bigBed formats WIG needs to be turned into bigWig. I suggest using the conversion tool from UCSC for that.

We have a way to turn into bigwiG from wig but we need to be able to generate the format. (Wig)
