Hangs during startup

I'm using Xiphos 4.3.2 on Windows 11 with all the latest Windows updates. Xiphos appears to intermittently hang during startup. It doesn't happen every time, but it does happen at least 9 out of 10 launches. Initially, I thought it was related to the splash screen, so I edited %AppData%/Roaming/xiphos/settings.xml and changed the setting from 1 to 0. This did prevent the splash screen from opening, but it didn't prevent the app from hanging. Sometimes, the hang is only temporary, and "only" takes seconds to minutes to clear; other times, it doesn't appear to clear, and I eventually get tired of waiting and kill the app.
