small glitch: macOS v0.3.0 installer displays 0.2.0

I've downloaded https://github.com/crc-org/macadam/releases/download/v0.3.0/macadam-installer-macos-universal.pkg

0.3.0

running it I see

but at the end correct version is in the CLI

/opt/macadam/bin/macadam --version                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

macadam version v0.3.0

It is because of https://github.com/crc-org/macadam/blob/main/packaging/darwin/Makefile#L3 something we need to change something like https://github.com/crc-org/macadam/blob/main/Makefile#L3C1-L3C12 one.
