Almost invisible term limit graphics over avatars

Describe the bug

The website shows a player is term limited by showing a slightly visible "president" or "chancellor" graphic on top of their user avatar.
Depending on the avatar, this graphic can range from being almost visible to invisible.
A user could even upload an avatar with the graphic included, for misleading.

I suggest displaying this in a different way, outside the user avatar (above it probably).

Seems like an odd thing to remove as, even though as yes you mentioned players could add cb's with that background, mods themselves could deal with it, maybe just add it to the TOS? Also, it's not just on firefox it's on all browsers as it's intentional, maybe increasing the opacity (or having it less faded) would be the best solution.
