How to self-host with global CDN?

As the cloud version comes with a pre-configured global CDN, I'm wondering whether there is any kind of docs-article or tutorial out there that helps me on setting this up myself. 

Is this available through Hetzner as well? And how cost-intense is it to activate this for our own instances?
