Hi, Dear developer,
I have encountered a run error when I run "docker run compose-tpp-1 runtppmktop.sh -i test.pdb -o output.itp -l lack.itp -f OPLS-AA -v".
Can you help point out where my configuration might be wrong? Here is error information.

The password is installed into DB server at the start of docker-compose. It uses the password set in .env file. Do the following:

1. Please check what is your current DB password by login here:
   http://localhost:9000/
   There is an access to the adminer interface and it allow you to check the connection to DB.

2. Additionally, please verify what password tppmktop is trying to use by enter command:
   docker exec compose-tpp-1 sh -c 'echo $MYSQL_PASSWORD'

Also tell me please, where you have changed the password. Maybe information in README is insufficient. I'm not closing this issue until I fix the readme according to your comments.
