error when building docker image

Hi on my computer the build for the docker image ends with an error:

E: The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/https could not be found.
The command '/bin/sh -c sudo apt-get update -y' returned a non-zero code: 100

This Dockerfile is pretty old. Perhaps you want to fork this and update the version, I can merge it back to this project after.

Can you provide the docker build command you tried ? I will take a look.
