* 262# hide manuallyClose param in close methods, now there's a simpler close that not involve any internal params

* remove ts-node in favor of tsx, ts node is stagnating and tsx now seems to have a better support

* adds node 24 to test matrix, we have introduced the"current" release to the matrix
