Here's what's new in PKMDS this week — a big one with major new features!

✨ New Features

• Cross-save trading: You can now transfer Pokémon between two save files simultaneously. Open two saves at once, drag Pokémon across, and PKMDS will handle compatibility checks, legality analysis, and when a transfer succeeds, held items are returned to the source save's bag.
• Auto-Legality engine: A new "Legalize" button can automatically fix illegal Pokémon using the Auto-Legality Mod engine. Event/Mystery Gift properties (ribbons, met conditions, etc.) are preserved during legalization.
• Batch legalization: From the Legality Report tab, you can now legalize all flagged Pokémon at once, with a cancel button if you need to stop mid-run.
• Batch Pokémon import/export: New dialogs let you import or export multiple .pk* files to/from box slots in one go, with control over whether to fill boxes or party first.
• Showdown import improvements: The import preview now shows legality indicators per Pokémon, and species not available in your target game are blocked before import.

🛠️ Improvements

• Legality indicators: Box and party slot indicators now use solid glyphs with a colored disc for clearer at-a-glance status.
• Legality Report: New tri-state filter toggles let you show/hide Legal, Fishy, and Illegal entries independently. "Fishy" reasons are now surfaced in the "First issue" column.
• Trade tab: Added previous/next box navigation buttons, slot count display, consistent nickname handling, and improved crash recovery.
• Showdown import: Species blocked from the target game are now rejected silently with a clear message rather than importing bad data.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed Pokédex grid not scrolling correctly on some screen sizes.
• Fixed a crash in the bag when game data lookups returned out-of-range IDs.
• Fixed drag-and-drop preferring stale internal state over external file drops.
• Fixed party and Gen 1/2 box data not staying packed correctly after every save write.
• Fixed legality analysis in the trade tab now correctly checks against the destination save file.
• Fixed an in-app browser detection conflict that could affect some users.
• Fixed illegal moves being carried over during legalization instead of being replaced with legal alternatives.
