List pull requests, use quickfix

Hi!

It would be awesome if you could list all open PR's in VIM and then select which one to review there. That way you don't have to go to Github first to copy the URL.

Also, another minor thing. Would it be possible to use the quickfix list instead of opening a lot of tabs?

What do @txus think? I have never done any VimL so I'm not sure how hard it would be to implement :)
