Release 0.1a - First release of Sim Gamers Kit

First release of Sim Gamers Kit, adds:

1. FFFSake - force feedback handler for vJoy, plus a plugin to use with Joystick Gremlin
2. Plugin for Joystick Gremlin to use a joystick as a H-shifter
3. Plugin for Joystick Gremlin to use a joystick as a (toggle) handbrake
4. Compatibility guides

The goal for this release is to identify any issues when running FFFSake, which has only been tested on Windows 10 and a couple of wheels.
