[Fundamentals] Add Organizations changelog for self-serve Distributor/MSSP member management

Add a customer-facing changelog entry announcing that Distributor and
MSSP partners can manage Organization members directly from the
dashboard (PT-2885 / RM-27445).

Introduce an Organizations product in the changelog filter dropdown via
a new directory entry, and tag both the new entry and the existing
Organizations public beta entry with it.

+Distributor and MSSP partners on Cloudflare [Organizations](/fundamentals/organizations/) can now add and manage Organization Members directly from the Cloudflare dashboard, without help from Cloudflare.

+Previously, adding a member to a Distributor or MSSP Organization was a manual, Cloudflare-assisted process. It required a request to Cloudflare to temporarily turn off the new member's Domain Scoped Roles (DSR) and to enroll them in a closed beta, and the dashboard **Add member** flow was blocked for these Organizations.

+Now:

+- Organization admins add members themselves from **Organization** > **Members** > **Add member**.
+- You can add members regardless of their Domain Scoped Roles (DSR) status. The step to turn off DSR is no longer required.
+- No beta enrollment is required.
+
+New members receive access to the Organization's accounts through the same implicit-access model already used for enterprise Organizations. The **Accounts** list and the account switcher now classify Distributor and MSSP Organizations consistently with enterprise Organizations, so their accounts are labeled and grouped correctly in the dashboard.
