get_o_auth_access_token response link is broken, & doesn't contain refresh token

The response when tested on my end missed the refresh token.

Hi @flynsequeira, from the docs, this endpoint never returns a refresh token, instead it transparently refreshs the access_token. Can you clarify your expectations if you meant something else?
