Support for LiveBroadcasts

Hi,

I'm new to Yt so I could be wrong, I could not find a way to schedule live broadcasts and define their settings.

My use case is to schedule several live events and attach them to a playlist.

I have a working implementation using https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/live/docs/liveBroadcasts/insert#request

I am not familiar with live broadcast, but curious -- what does schedule several live events and attach them to a playlist mean? What happens in case you leave them empty and do no broadcast? @gmarziou

Well, I am discovering this domain as well 😄

My understanding is that a live broadcast is how viewers access to a live event, this is why it has a schedule, once the event has started you can view it live and once it is finished you can replay it as a recorded video.

Then, to be useful, you must attach a video stream to a live broadcast, the stream is the source of the content, the broadcast is the way to publish it.

So, if you leave a live broadcast empty it's just an announce.

In my case, the event is a table tennis tournament and I need to create a live broadcast of 8 hours per day and per filmed table.
And for convenience, they are gouped in a playlist per tournament.

I see, so it's just an announcement of schedule. And I guess you attach a video stream to it later with other tools? By the way I saw there are API documentation pages for that
