Try to use parakeet instead of whisper. Whisper definitely will not work and yeah I mean wow what a config hahahahah amazing, but definitely not a priority for me to support in more depth. Happy to accept PR's but I won't be able to replicate.

Certainly we can feature flag whisper off so it doesn't require Vulkan but for the moment I'm not interested in introducing further build complexity unless there's a big demand.
