Animation causing an issue with cursor on Chrome

There is a weird issue when you view an animated SVG which sits in an iframe. If you hover over the 'testlink' on this page, you get the correct hand cursor. However if you then hover over the animation then back to the 'testlink', the cursor flickers between the pointer and hand cursor which is really distracting. Any ideas what is causing this?
