Description
- What is the behaviour of a high-water mark in the different socket types? Does it block further sending, or drop messages? (Not every socket has this yet, see feat: driver high-water marks #13)
- Related, what are the message delivery semantics of the different channels, and in which case (if any) are these broken? (In NATS, this is called QoS: https://docs.nats.io/nats-concepts/what-is-nats#nats-quality-of-service-qos)
