Binary or source code?

I'm a bit lost here, I need CEF 140.1.14 DLLs etc. to use with CEF4Delphi, and that repo sends me to get the binaries here, and here there's "binary" in the title, but I only see "source code" in the downloads. Can anyone kindly help?

This repo has nothing to do with CEF4Delphi.

Looks like you've already asked for help at salvadordf/CEF4Delphi#576 which is a much better place to ask for help with CEF4Delphi (no idea how you got here).
