PTZ Support?

Should I be expecting PTZ to work on an Indoor Cam E220 (Indoor Cam Pan&Tilt 2K)? The controls appear in Scrypted, and the log shows commands being issued, but nothing happens. Nothing is logged in the webservice either, indicating perhaps the command isn't actually being sent.

Edit: I see from a deeper dive into the documentation that PTZ control should be working, but it is not.

I've tested the RTSP streaming feature with my Floodlight Cam S330, and it's working correctly.

PTZ controls should work if the camera supports it via the Eufy API. The fact that controls appear in Scrypted and logs show commands being issued suggests the UI is wired up, but the commands might not be reaching the device.
