Add a comments and/or attach a file or log to a bug of Jira with the bug number

If it's possible, could we add comments or attached some log file to a specific bug with the bug number in Jira.
For example, we reproduce an issue and collect some new logs, I want to submit it to the bug which was opened before, and add some new comments to it. if we have this feature, we can send it the bug without need to attached it in a browser.
