Implement the reference

The reference is currently missing. I'm not quite sure how we would implement it. I guess we want:

• To be able to view the whole reference in a single page
• To be able to link to a specific section of the reference
• To be able to comment on a specific section.

It works pretty well at http://camping.rubyforge.org/api.html so that could be added here - just needs some Javascript tweaks to do to work in FF3*

Well, I'm wondering if the generated reference is good enough, or if we want to write one "manually"? I don't use Camping on a regular basis, so I'm not sure how useful it is at the moment…

I like the DRYness of generating it from really good comments in an updated camping-unbridged.rb - the beauty of Camping is power in simplicity, and that would stay true to the ethic.

I like the generated reference, but it's fairly difficult to navigate. I might make some kind of nav thing for it, laters.
