Something we might have to discuss and formulate questions for WB + agencies to answer (and hopefully agree on), so we can start moving forward with this: we're looking to get regular data dumps from the agencies, and we've also got ways to update individual requests and projects. We haven't yet formally hammered out the process for linking these two, however (partly since we've been working on legacy data).

Do we want projects to be instantly created upon Agency upload (somewhat similar to what we're doing with legacy data) or created one-by-one within the Request view, then referencing the appropriate tables (dpwh_eplc or what-have-you) according to which agency it belongs to?
