Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Cannot verify who is submitting a proposal from the GUI, specifically if someone is creating a proposal and impersonating the development team.

Add a field that shows the hash of the proposal so it can be verified. It will require navigating out of the "Proposals tab, but I see no way to verify this 100% within the proposals menu.

User brought up that someone could try and impersonate the development team in the governance system, this was my first thought and I still can't think of anything better.

As an alternative to using the hash, may I suggest having the BWK address of the person submitting? Users can then quickly confirm submission as all official proposals can come from the same address.
