Trino limited inserts

Hello,

Any particular reason why is the Trino destination limited to batches of 100 records? We would like to use the library to insert into a Trino cluster some large tables in an Iceberg catalog but having batches of just 100 records will fill up the metadata faster than the data files.

Are there any plans to update this to something configurable? Maybe within the CLI flags.
