With Lambda Function URLs supporting
RESPONSE_STREAM, we can make theresponse()->stream()function work as intended, streaming the contents as they are received.This then adds the new
HttpResponsewithGeneratorsupport frombref/brefsupport to the Octane handler.Depends on: brefphp/bref#1980
