Feature Request: Convert Braintree::Transaction to hash with all response fields

Issue description

Is there a way to convert a Braintree::Transaction to a hash? I can't seem to call .attributes on it. The reason I'm asking is that if we want to expose new data from this integration we have to add them via helper methods on that class rather than being able to call hash.dig(path, to, field)
