There is no SEPA payment method in PaymentMethodParser

Issue description

Hello, there is information in documentation, that we can use find method of payment method gateway to find payment method by token: https://developer.paypal.com/braintree/docs/reference/request/payment-method/find/java

But, if I tries to find it with SDK, it always returns UnknownPaymentMethod instance for SEPA tokens, because PaymentMethodParser doesn't allow parsing SEPA payment method response

👋 thanks for reaching out. You're totally right, when we added support for SEPA in 3.20.0 we missed the payment method parser function 🙃

I don't have an ETA on when this fix will get rolled out, you're welcome to submit a PR with the fix if you like! Otherwise, we will eventually get to fixing this up.
