Dragging stop resposive while mouse's cursor leave track or window area

Overview of the problem

I'm using react-sortable-pane version [0.7.0]
My browser is: Chrome
OS: Mac OS X

Description

During dragging phase when mouse leave track area or window dragging stopped instead continuously moving like react-draggable do. Is it bug or implementation limits? How to prevent this?
